Our Story

We have some exciting news!!!

Crystal Candy is hosting South Africa’s very first online cake designing competition to celebrate the skills and techniques of the wonderful cake designers we have in this country and elsewhere.

South Africa is rich in talent when it comes to cake designing however there are not many opportunities to showcase cake designers, for this reason Crystal Candy has created this very spectacular annual event that will showcase the talents and create an opportunity for creativity and growth as well as something to aim for and work for as a cake designer.

We want the Crystal Candy Cake Champions to be a true competition for cake designers that is based on talent and skill.

We hope to have you on board with us as we venture on this very exciting new project.

This competition is open to cake designers all over the world.

Currently displaying an ever increasing array of  collections / ranges of silicone moulds – leaving you with a constant choice of exceptional different designs to use in conjunction with our own Crystal Candy Signature Blend Flexible Icing.

Crystal Candy is also only just getting into its stride, with another collections on the drawing board (always a first in the world) and on the cards in the planning and experimental stages Crystal Candy is a constant “evolution of progress”.

So if you are decorating cupcakes for kiddies parties, cake pops for any occasions, birthday cakes or prestigious wedding cakes, then our lace moulds are for you.

From novice to professional, the hobbyist and anyone in between – there is bound to be something here for you at Crystal Candy.
